Our team works to understand the vision of our employers and the work we do with our partners is key to delivering the service expected of us by the employer. They look to us to take care of their employees at the highest level of service just as they do. I work closely with our VP of Business Partner Relations and fellow associate to accomplish this. I'm currently managing our relationships along with the day to day between our clients third party administrators and external vendors. I am also working on implementation of new external vendors and third party administrators for both new and existing clients. Attending client meetings and leading calls between our partners is also a key responsibility.

Quantum Health is the leading care coordination and consumer navigation company. We help self-funded employers get the most out of their healthcare plans and provide a guided member experience through their healthcare journey. I manage a pod which includes a dedicated team of care coordinators, nurses and an assistant pod manager. I assist the team with questions, escalated issues and also work directly with the account executives and clients on daily needs for their employees and their health plans. I am responsible for managing our pod's metrics and maintaining productivity. I attend implementation meetings and have implemented two new groups in 2015 and 2016.
