About Siebren Van Der Kooij

Over my career I have become an expert in shaping and executing complex change trajectories and digital transformations in order to deliver improved services to the customer. I'm driven by a purposeful objective and always strive for my teammembers to take a next step in their personal development and become more effective. With drive, leadership, coaching skills and result orientation I create momentum in difficult trajectories. I bridge the interest of stakeholders and communicate easily at all levels in the organisation. As a result I deliver Digital Transformation, IT Strategy and Change. I've worked in several positions as a consultant, director, interim-manager and program/projectmanager and have found purpose in my current role as director 'Zorg bij jou' (www.zorgbijjou.nl), where we're scaling hybrid care solutions in order to relieve pressure on the medical professionals and provide tailored services to patients.As a guest lecturer I teach students of Tilburg University on the topic of Digital transformation, which - for me - closes the circle when I look back at obtaining my masters degree in Computational Sciences and Change management many years ago.
