Onboarding servers Customer Team KPN in Centerity. De servers werden nog gemonitort in SCOM door Mindtree in India. Vanaf 1 januari 2016 niet meer. Als nieuwe monitoring tool werd vanaf dan ook niet meer SCOM maar Centery gebruikt. Gevraagd om dit traject te ondersteunen en te versnellen. Verantwoordelijkheden waren onder andere het onboarden van servers in Centerity, nieuwe versie van de monitoring client maken, packagen, distribueren en installeren. Connectivity problemen onderzoeken en de juiste informatie aanleveren zodat changes uitgevoerd kunnen worden. De punten waarop gemonitord moet worden bespreken en die configureren in Centerity.
