- Work with the business’s senior executives in setting the vision and agenda of the business - Preparing day-to-day plan and developing a clear roadmap that will realize the business’s vision. - Organizing the RJ’s Top Management daily brief to efficiently analyze the operational performance KPIs - Organizing the daily CEO meetings with the higher management to discuss daily challenges and risks - Co-led departmental transformation from the previous OCC model into the current IOCC - Drafted the IOCC IPM (Internal Procedures Manual) and set the KPIs and their targets - Monitoring the monthly on-time performance KPIs and assessing the required corrective actions - Develop different possible scenarios for the mitigation of possible risks and provide recommendations- Monitoring the implementation of the strategic projects to ensure the alignments with the BAU- Initiate and lead new ideas to improve the business and to gain a competitive advantage

- Monitoring, procuring and optimizing the Airport Slots in all stages of the scheduling processes to match the airline’s needs and changes and ensuring the daily, seasonal, and operational slots are communicated with key stakeholders. - Coordinating with the Revenue Management Department to accommodate fluctuations in demand and maximize profit/minimize loss during peak and off-peak periods. - Preparing the seasonal flight schedules for both passengers and cargo flights in coordination with the Network Team in addition to deploy additional capacity for the seasonal extra flights on demand.
