• Write and post job descriptions to company website and various Internet job boards and websites.

• Coordinates communications and works with recruitment partners and clients in hiring and selection processes.
• Conducts in-depth interviews and provides ongoing support by performing various recruitment and administrative activities.
• Verify candidate references.
• Prepares presentation materials for the orientation of candidates.
• Conducts pre-employment orientation.
• Responsible for sourcing out quality candidates throughout the Philippines by utilizing effective marketing strategies and tools.
