I worked at a consumer insight start-up for a year. We focused on food and product testing. I worked with numerous consumer packaging companies (CPG). My role was constantly evolving since it was a start-up. I've helped with budgeting with clients like PepsiCo, MatchaChew, and Gillette. I wrote and designed surveys at various lengths to ensure they weren't double-barreled or biased questions. I was responsible for quality control and assurance to ensure 100% accurate reporting and no typos or mistakes in the survey. I've used quantitative and qualitative methods to collect data, and I would analyze our data utilizing Qualtrics, SPSS, Excel, and SurveyMonkey. I built reports with PowerPoint and Power BI and led discussions with Chief Marketing Officers to the marketing and sales team. I moved into a Market Research role, where my main focus was data entry. I pulled data through Google and other qualitative methods. I constantly met and exceeded my quota and was recognized for advising the sales and business development team about potential hospital business development opportunities. I was rapidly promoted to Senior Business Development Researcher. My job description kept changing to fit the need of the Business Development Department. I took ownership of a data validation project. I used Demand Tools and Data Loader to standardize our data globally, deduplicate records, and perform audits on outdated reports/dashboards. I became the "go-to" for most reporting requests for several departments within the company. I audited the sales team's activities to ensure accurate compensation and reporting on metrics and KPIs. I've worked with our Salesforce Administrative team to create new objects, fields, and values. I created new fields highlighting desirable hospital qualities to make it easier to drive growth. I've created flows to make some processes within Business Development easier. I kept track of the competitive market every quarter and worked on competitive intelligence, market share, and trend analysis. I created a seller reference list to make it easier for our company to contact prospects through indirect contacts. I've utilized Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint. I'm working toward my MBA at CU Boulder - Leeds School of Business.I'm interested in working as Sales Operation Analyst, Business Operation Analyst, and Salesforce Analyst.
