Responsible for the delivery of excellent performance at retail through effective management of the two (2) Western Visayas Distributors. Owning the business performance of the area in terms of sales volume, market share, profitability, Diageo's brand footprint and the planning and execution of our promotional programs.

The role is part of the Philippine Leadership Team. The job entails the supervision, control and direction of the credit and collection division of the company in the achievement of the company's plan.

Has overall responsibility in meeting monthly sales targets for the entire country by directing Area and District Managers in consultation with the National Sales and Marketing Manager
