Im in charge of Pm shift,leading a minimun 6 person which i allocate them in specific areas from maintaining the public area,cleaning the offices, cleaning guest rooms in the apartments & hotel,releasing early arrival rooms,ensuring a smooth operation in the evening. providing handover information to the night shift for any special cleaning,assisting our Executive housekeeper in preparing the daily allocation reports & preparing the training plan,conductong annual performance appraisal,giving daily performance feedback to the colleagues.

Cleans guest rooms,report maintenance.provide turndown service,deliver requests to the guest.
