* The day-to-day management of the service centre (G/L, Cash and Banks, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable of group entities);* Follow up and review of the monthly, quarterly and yearly closing activities according to both BE-GAAP;* Preparing the monthly group reporting;* Coordinate audits with external auditor;* Preparing and supervising statutory accounts;* Preparing annual budget together with team members;* Identifying, analysing, formulating and deploying improvements in terms of working methods and procedures to enhance constantly the efficiency and quality of the services;* Coordinating and executing ad hoc projects (divestures & acquisitions, tax audit, …) in support of the CFO;

* Change management after the merger of Real Software and Dolmen Computer Applications in 2008;* Integration of the accounting departments after the merger;* Identifying, analysing, formulating and deploying improvements on existing processes together with other departments aligned to the new structure;* The day-to-day management of the accounting department (G/L, Cash and Banks, Accounts Payable);* Follow up and review of the monthly, quarterly and (half)yearly closing activities according to both BE-GAAP and IFRS standards (including consolidation process and preparation of reporting to the Audit Committee);* Coordinate audits with external auditor;* Preparing and supervising the annual corporate tax return, statutory accounts and IFRS-accounts;* Supporting the budget and forecasting activities together with team members;* Involved in corporate housekeeping of RealDolmen and its subsidiaries;* Identifying, analysing, formulating and deploying continuous improvements in terms of working methods and procedures to enhance constantly the efficiency and quality of the accounting services;* Coordinating and executing ad hoc projects (merges & acquisitions, tax audit, …) in support of Group Controller and CFO;

* Audit of financial accounts for consolidation and statutory purposes which entails audit of internal controls, audit of trail balance, review of management information, review of consolidation sets and annual accounts;* Simultaneously coordinate both different audit teams and internal specialists in different locations; * Experience in various legal assignments (mergers, contribution in kind, etc);* IFRS, BE GAAP;* Experience in various lines of business: production, consumer goods, retail, services, rental, …;* Instructor in various internal trainings (technical audit topics, accounting topics);* Assistance of professionals in the correct application of a internally used IT-tools via training and helpdesk;
