As an international operations director and qualified chartered accountant, I bring a global view to the financial and operational aspects of the Jendamark business. My career spans over two decades, with experience in business structuring, negotiation, business acquisitions, accounting, investment analysis, internal controls, and human resources.Currently, I am responsible for the global operations of the Jendamark group, overseeing our presence in South Africa, India, Germany, and the USA. As the Chairman of the Board of Jendamark India and Director of Operations for Jendamark Automation, I steer the financial direction of both manufacturing entities and ensure the seamless functioning of our South African head office.My professional journey began with Deloitte & Touche in South Africa, followed by an enriching stint in their USA office. Seeking greater challenges, I embarked on turning around Jendamark from a struggling business to a global automation and digital manufacturing powerhouse. Today, Jendamark develops automotive assembly solutions and technologies that are delivered to over 35 countries worldwide.My core strength lies in a “make it happen” attitude. I have a proven track record in establishing and steering multi-national business structures in India, Germany, Dubai, South Africa, and the United Kingdom, and have successfully launched several business ventures, including a financial services enterprise.As a corporate leader, I am deeply committed to social responsibility. I lead Jendamark Automation’s corporate social investment programmes, supporting initiatives from grassroots cricket development to digital ed-tech solutions for schools in India and South Africa. My passion for uplifting the underprivileged is guided by the idea of providing a hand up, not a hand-out.
