Hi, welcome to my space!😊I use a unique insight into human beings to help leaders navigate change toward a united future success. My theories about human behaviour are uniquely insightful and have sparked many business direction changes in various fields.I am a co-founder of Capacity Trust and the sole founder of Capacity Grow, where I like to be called Insight Grower.I believe that emotional intelligence is one of the fundamental mechanisms of personal and professional well-being and a better future for all. Thus, I completed my Master’s in Clinical Psychology with a thesis focusing on the Development of Emotional Intelligence.I have 15 years’ of experience in Retail, most of which is in Management at various companies, including OK Franchise Division (Shoprite), Woermann & Brock and Cashbuild.I have spoken on Tupopyeni and Good Morning Namibia (NBC Television). And created audiovisual content on Emotional Intelligence to help people cope with the COVID-19 lockdown, which was showcased on Good Morning Namibia (NBC Television). I wrote two chapters, "Emotional Intelligence for HR" and "Leadership in HR."I am working on a book as a solo author on the Laws of Our Nature that should be published in the second half of 2023.I enjoy learning, educating and exchanging knowledge.
