Applied Concepts, Inc., formed in 1977, introduced the first Stalker radar to the law enforcement industry in 1989. Stalker Radar has become the dominant Doppler radar system and continues to lead the industry in technology breakthroughs and product innovations.

Managed a team of field sales engineers and Hilti fastener business across seven states. Served as a brand ambassador for Hilti throughout these states, participating in numerous professional meetings and conferences. Managed and developed customer relationships and accelerated sales through a multi prong approach for design Engineers, contractors and code enforcement agencies. Hosted clients at large venues and special events to promote Hilti as an organization and to enhance our business partnership.

Responsible for the plan and market introduction of technical products and services to over 20,000 Structural Engineering firms across the US and Canada. Developed the go to market advertising strategy including strong web presence, technical brochures and newsletters. Created online learning programs for professionals and a targeted e-mail marketing campaign. Implemented training programs for a field engineering sales force team of over 100 people. Through effective and direct communication with customers stimulated customer engagement and loyalty to the Hilti brand. Tracked and reported the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by monitoring click counts, e-mail open rates and website utilization via google analytics

Introduced a highly technical fastening system to North America, which opened up Hilti to launch a brand new trade sector for facade applications. Determined market needs, solicited feedback from customers via customer acceptance tests and in person job site interviews. Having full commitment of the Hilti North America CEO and the executive team; I defined the launch strategy and the development road-map leading Hilti North America to grow the new products annual sales. Monitored projects’ sales cycles and workflow using JIRA software a kanban style board to share progress status and prioritize tasks and resources.

Planned and implemented market introduction of new products and services, including market research, competitive analysis and bench marking.
