Architecture for me is about shaping environments that nurture people. As a Master of Architecture I am driven by the prospect of creating socially responsible and impactful spaces that serve as the environments people need in order to thrive. Whether it’s in fostering a sense of community in a recreation center, promoting learning at a school, or making someone feel comfortable and inspired in their own home, I firmly believe in the power of biophilic design and sustainable practices to cultivate long-term wellness. My time at the Robotics and Digital Fabrication lab at FIU has established in me a passion for exploring the ever-evolving technologies that aid architects in their efforts toward a future in which human beings and nature can find middle ground and even symbiosis.
