Current• Promoted from Associate II to Sr. Associate III in October 2022• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communications plans to help CSS reach its employee engagement and business goals• Manage day-to-day internal communications including crafting and distributing daily and weekly employee newsletters, updating the CSS intranet, publishing news stories and blog posts, and more• Manage internal quarterly awards program and external corporate awards, including executing awards strategy and communications• Plan, manage, and facilitate employee engagement events including monthly Town Halls, Deep Dives, Ask a Leader sessions with members of the Executive Committee, external speaker sessions, and more• Coordinated launch of new CSS branding, complete with a new company logo, color palette, external website, branded material, and more• Draft and publish case studies and insights for external website, working with teams across the organization to gather content as part of external marketing efforts• Write, publish, and distribute press releases using PR Newswire• Create marketing and communications SOPs and guidelines, research and implement communications best practices• Work with the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) and the Government-sponsored Enterprises (GSEs), Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, to socialize new content and important announcements• Lead Social Media Task Force, manage social media content calendar, generate social media campaigns, monitor LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed for new activity, generate social media and email analytics reports• Design new social media and newsletter templates using Adobe Creative Suite and ContactMonkey• Provide communications support for all CSS departments, committees, employee resource groups and interest groups, including platform release updates• Attend internal and external learning and development events• Member of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Council on Accessibility and Ability
