During my career in entertainment and music, I worked on multiple Academy Award and Golden Globe nominated original soundtracks featuring original music from artists such as Pharrell Williams, Taylor Swift, U2, Iggy Pop, Eminem, and more.In 2020, I founded Zoran Creative Strategy to help mission-driven organizations create their social impact strategy through applied impact measurement and management (IMM), strategic partnerships and compelling brand narratives, guiding them to create substantial impacts across a broad range of issues. I am also the CEO and Co-Founder of Nortera, a B2B subscription software that will help large enterprises control their risk of employment litigation and automate their HR compliance, empowering senior leadership teams with real-time monitoring, insights and policy recommendations to transform their organizations and validate their DEI efforts in terms of dollars and data.I am a member of AnitaB.org, the National African American Insurance Association (NAAIA), Knock Out Abuse West, and Social Value International and Social Value United States, where I currently serve as communications committee co-chair.
