CurrentTasked to implement PMO processes, controls and templates into the Trading Technology department of the Investments & Wealth Management stream of the Banking Group. This also involved working alongside Project managers to improve their reporting packs to Senior management and Stakeholders.• Global review of the current toolsets, processes, templates and framework for all of the Trading Technology Initiatives, programmes and projects.• Recommendation and implementation of new and update the tools, templates and processes encompassing the PRINCE 2 framework for all 2012 and future initiatives. This also includes other programmes and projects across EMEA, North America and APAC.• Overseeing and guiding Business analysts and Project managers on the new processes, tools and templates that have been developed.• The governance and control of the Program Management Office.• Managing resources of Project managers and IT developers for the Program Management Office.• Senior level reporting on all levels for future initiative programmes and projects to key Stakeholders.• Both onshore and offshore 3rd Party vendor liaison on a daily basis.• Escalation point for managing the any issues and risks being raised against all of the related programmes and projects.• Review all documentation created by the Project managers and other member of the project to ensure continuity and compliance against the standards set out by the bank.
