Human resources is my passion and I love helping people in every aspect. Aside from ensuring things flow smoothly behind the scenes, my goal is to help other people avoid feeling intimidated or unheard at all costs. My hopes are that I can create an environment where people feel safe and important enough to report situations dealing with sexual harassment, prejudice, discrimination, objectification, etc. without feeling as if they are a burden. I want people to be comfortable presenting me with any type of question about their benefits, progress, position, or training, and know that I'll help them to the best of my ability. I am passionate about organization, teamwork, communication, and most of all, equality and success.
