Setting up Refills for prescriptions for provider to review and signAuthorizing and assisting with scheduling specialty appointmentsPrior authorizations on medication and in office injectablesDressing change including extensive wound care alongside a certified woundcareproviderBrace fittingCaring for patients aged 0-100 years old Pediatric/adolescent and Adult injections and care instructions

Responsible for assisting physicians with patient care, clerical, environmental and organizational tasks. Responsible for appointment scheduling and chart management. Provides Information to patients so they may fully utilize and benefit from the clinic services. Conveys a positive image of organization.

Billing and Coding, Insurance Claim processing, office tasks such as: bank deposits, patient demographics and courier driving

Training, schedule drafting, Sysco orders, cash handling, customer interaction, customer service, etc.
