I was a key holder, and I was also responsible for upholding employee policies, duties, and disciplinary procedures. I trained newly hired employees and explained the duties and policies expexted by the company. I was also in charge of the Money handling, which included closing and balancing each shift, making cash drops to the bank and setting up new cash drawers for following shifts. I also logged inventory and prepared orders for needed merchandise.

I was self employed and self funded, I had clients for personal home cleaning services which included room cleaning, laundry, kitchen, carpets, sweeping and moping, and Windows. On occasion for a different rate I would do what I called 'spring clean' which included cleaning out storage closets/ garages, taking down and washing curtains cleaning furniture.
