I help lead a play-based preschool math intervention funded by the National Science Foundation. My responsibilities include designing curriculum, managing data collection, training and supervising a team of student researchers, data analysis, and manuscript writing.

Designed and taught senior undergraduate seminar course on Children's Learning from Media. Rating: 8.33/9I guided 17 students in a semester-long group project in which they conceptualized, designed, and wrote their own educational children's books on topics like bullying, celebrating cultural differences, and neurodiversity.

I designed and conducted experimental research on how children interact with and learn from the world, with a focus on STEM learning from screen-based educational media. Across 6 years, I managed 12+ projects and 15+ experiments with children ranging in age from 9 months to 9 years. I was responsible for all aspects of the research process, from study design and data collection through data analysis and dissemination via publication and conference presentations. I also supervised 30+ undergraduate students, with 8 now in graduate programs.I was funded for 2 years by an Institute of Education Science predoctoral fellowship through the University of Virginia School of Education and Human Development, where I received additional training in education theory, research, and policy.
