Hello! My name is Sierra Hamilton, and I am a recent graduate of The Ohio State University. In December 2023, I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s of Art degree and double minors in Arts Entrepreneurship and Design-Thinking. During the course of my studies, internship at the Urban Arts Space, and positions at the Columbus Museum of Art, I have not only gained technical and conceptual skills to bolster my background as a visual artist, but I have personally witnessed the significance of art as a facilitator of conversations, understanding, and connection to the people and world around us. As a child to two Army veterans, I have lived in a multitude of states across the country and have had the privilege to travel internationally, which instilled an immense admiration for diverse communities and cultures that have made me the well-rounded individual that I am today. This experience has fostered the desire to continue learning, even outside of an academic setting, and to contribute to the accessibility of art for everyone.I am seeking entry-level positions or internships in an arts-based environment. As a quick learner and a creative thinker, I am open to learning new skills and growing as an individual and as a team member.
