I initially started in the Fulfillment Department of LovelySkin’s Distribution Center, in which I filled customer orders that were placed online or through Customer Care. Once the orders were filled, they were checked, packed securely, and shipped out of the Distribution Center. I also worked in the Receiving Department, in which I unpacked purchase orders from vendors, verified current inventory, and put the product away at its proper location. I also managed/troubleshooted orders with backordered products. This involved collaborating with several departments to determine the next step to take.

I assisted customers with questions regarding their billing cycles, statement details, and general automobile insurance policy questions. I also connected customers to their local insurance agent if they had detailed questions regarding their automobile and/or homeowner policy.

I was a certified data collector in Lincoln, Nebraska as part of a nation-wide study observing physical activity in city parks. The objective of the study was to research best practices in developing city parks which would promote physical activities within an average city park.

Created time-lapse videos of several locations along the Platte River Basin, edited content on the website, created a basin map using GIS, and gained fieldwork experience maintaining cameras.
