I have shown interest in multimedia since I was very young. My parents even looked into the process to put me in tv commercials. My first job was at my local Regal Cinemas Theater, where I climbed up the ladder going from Floor Staff to Team Lead. I learned a lot in my 6 years with the company from gaining confidence, team building, and leadership skills. I use those skills in everyday life which has helped me form relationships with classmates, taken the lead on projects and delegated productions. During my time at Northampton Community College I directed short films production, coordinated rehearsals with actors, helped build and designed the set, and I helped edit in post production. Here at Temple University, I have worked with tons of equipment from steadicams to drones. I have also discovered my love for documentary films and I am currently in the process of creating my first documentary short film in my Making Documentary class. As I enter the field of media I hope to continue to learn and grow throughout my career.
