Assisting NAU football in all activities related to budgeting, travel, scheduling, and overall team organization. Primary role is to overlook NAU football’s budget. This includes tracking transactions, making sure the program is operating within their parameters, and finding solutions on how this program can effectively allocate its funds.

● Generates content/graphic designs for Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.● Captures, edits and shares unique, behind-the-scenes photos and videos of team and players.● Monitors and replies to fan comments, messages, questions, etc. across all platforms.● Covers games/team related events on social handles.● Researches and presents new social media trends, pop culture references and opportunities forinnovative content on social media.

● Gathered content for the team accounts and website during home games, practices, press conferences, pregame, postgame, and small promotional events.● Edited and uploaded content to shared platforms for media use.

Generates content to promote and market upcoming/current productions at Studio Iku. (EX: Programs, Tickets, Media Designs, Posters, etc.)● Provides music and works the sound booth during the productions. Also works the light boards.

● Responsible for greeting and taking customers orders/handling money via POS system.● Provided customers with quality and caring service; including answering any questions or concernsabout our menu and food quality. Served pizza to our happy customers, always with a smile!● Supervised and cleaned the common areas as shift progressed; as well as bust tables.● Ran our dish pit and utilized the three sink wash method, as well as the dishwasher.

● Responsible for the general welfare and safety of campers who attend camp.● Provided campers with basic recreational needs, such as toileting, bathing, feeding, and more.● Supervised campers and provided unforgettable memories.

● Facilitated general flow of in-game activities.● Oversaw/directed UNC Cheer and Sugar Bears for all on-court and other in-game activities.● Meticulously set-up all materials for each specific contest including:○ tables, chairs, prizes, equipment, and promotional materials● Developed and executed game scripts for select sports.● Served as a customer service representative at Promotional Tables.● Obtained knowledge of the venue and event for exceptional customer service.

● Supervised over the Youth Volunteer Program ages 12 - 17.● Provided support and help to the youth as they volunteered. I was previously a volunteer for 4 yearsprior to my promotion as the Assistant Volunteer Coordinator.● Worked alongside our Volunteer Coordinator filing and filling out paperwork, supervising thevolunteers, and ensuring the campers have a great week hanging out with our youth volunteers.
