As the Assistant General Manager I am responsible for managing our daily operations within the restaurant, development and performance management of our 25+ employees. Focused on time management, gave exclusive customer service by matching the needs of customers with items on our menus. Collaborated with management staff and 5-10 team members on obstacles we faced. Trained in new associates, customized schedule to indulge them into Black Water's customs, quality and safety precautions. I would oversee product and service examinations and am entrusted with management access to our Point of Sale Equipment.

Founding member for Bluestone Lofts; collaborated with management and owner to create a Bluestone brand and marketing analysis of the area, holding it's value as a major selling point. Maintaining the leasing office in best showing condition and ensuring the lease is correctly completed, signed, as well as collected rent payments and produced receipts. Exclusive follow ups with potential residents, through email, phone and in person tours for an undeniable one on one connection. I was in authority to create schedules for shifts, and creating maintenance requests. I created a training itinerary for new resident assistants that engaged them into the culture Bluestone had to offer.

I was the property manager for 1,200 residents while in office, including answering phone calls, creating guest information cards, follow-up emails to the prospective residents.
