The expectations of a Front End associate is to be a flexible and reliable worker. Being able to adapt in many high circumstance situations and have the ability to stabilize interactions between customers or quick acting mechanics to ensure the store runs smoothly. While being on the Front end team I learned a vast amount of skills. That will no doubt aid me in improving customer experience.

The expectation of this job is to, tend to the customers needs by making them feel welcomed and resolving problems customers came into the store with. On top of that, coworkers were expected to maintain a positive work environment by communicating amongst themselves and resolving issues between the staff in a realistic and safe way.
