I grew up a competitive gymnast and spent many years in Michigan and Colorado as a gymnastic instructor before moving to Phoenix, AZ. My extensive knowledge of fitness comes from my education as a Certified Personal Trainer through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA) and Z-Health Performance Solutions; a brain based approach to fitness, specializing in pain management and remobilization.​My education and experience as both an athlete and coach, gives me a unique perspective and ability to improve my client's overall health, reduce and eliminate pain, improve range of motion and movement fluidity, and improve strength and performance; through many different training modalities. In addition to my education, I'm is a former Jr. Nationally Qualified NPC Bikini Competitor with experience in competition diet prep with a plant based lifestyle. In November of 2017, I gave birth to a healthy and happy baby girl and have since been focused on helping other moms on their postpartum journey as I continue my own. I'm is dedicated to utilizing health & fitness to transform people mentally and physically. My main focus is about creating a community of people to encourage, support, and keep themselves accountable in reaching their goals both inside and outside of the gym.
