Direct and manage meetings and educational events for NIRSA: Leaders in Collegiate Recreation. Duties include site selection, contract negotiation, onsite and off site logistics, establishing and maintaining vendor relations, budget creation and reconciliation, rooming list management and hotel relations.

Manage RFP’s and site visits to large and small venues internationally. Oversee negotiations and contracts on behalf of client with facilities, vendors, entertainers, sponsors, etc.Direct process of building a custom website and registration system for each event and manage ongoing addition of content. Maintain event budget, post conference financial reporting, reconciling all income and expenses.
