I am a motivated and mature individual who values professionalism, respect and integrity. I have the ability to multi-task, work independently or in a team environment with the ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracy. I am driven to be in the law enforcement field and have a positive impact on the life on Canadians. I am currently enrolled in second year Custom Border Services at Loyalist College and will be attending the University of Ontario Institute of Technology in September of 2018 where I will be studying Criminology and Justice. My volunteer experiences at Loyalist College, including Halloween Safe Streets 2016, MADD Quinte and 2017 Justice Studies Orientation Day, have greatly improved my transferable skills such as communication, listening, leadership, time management and organization. I have successfully completed various certifications including WHMIS, Health and Safety, Mental Health, First Aid & CPR Level 'C' and non-restricted Canadian Firearms Safety Course.My work experience at Subway and Gemmill Sand and Gravel Ltd, grealty enhanced my communication skills and customer service. I expereinced dealing with the general public, adhered to company policies and procedures, wore and maintained a uniform and also worked in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and its regulations.Additionally, while at Loyalist College, I had the opportunity to do a student placement with Erb Transport, where I was able to enhance my knowledge about the logistic field.
