Let me tell you how I fell in love with Credentialing Products.It all began with a mentor who recognized my curiosity for finding different ways to determine if someone had the skills needed for a specific job. They immediately saw that I was able to tailor learning interventions for the audience. Most importantly, seeing my passion for ensuring that testing was practical and fair, they gave me opportunities to explore novel ways of assessment in commercial environments. And for their support I am forever grateful!From that point, I modeled my leadership style to be supportive and inspirational. I hire the best talent at all stages of career and believe in investing in their growth which contributes to high-performance of the team. I've had the privilege of leading some of the best certification product teams in the world: From PMP to CCNP to Citrix and more. I work collaboratively with professionals from all areas including engineering, finance, digital experience and education. Our work has resulted in over 1.5M professionals qualifying for jobs that progressed their careers and made the world a better place.In my career, I have evolved and am now a Product Executive with primary focus being on solutions that drive the "skills marketplace" and support career seekers. I am obsessed with learning more about the audiences I serve and seek to understand their ambitions, challenges, and frustrations so I can build products that delight them. My chief aim is to ensure that professionals are prepared for the jobs of the future through competence acquired on the job which includes quality commercial training.I believe that the jobs of the future will require individuals to continuously build their competence and skills. In the AI era, entrepreneurial thinking will be rewarded. Most importantly, we can level the playing field for those who perhaps have less formal education and are self-taught and/or grew their competence on the job.
