Reconciling loans in bankruptcy to ensure all requirements met under FRBP Rule 3002.1, issuing necessary credits to accounts, and ongoing maintainence to accounts during and at the conclusion of the bankruptcy plan, and reviewing for any 1098 implications.

Creditor representation in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcies, mediations, and adversary proceedings. Daily management of a case load, including drafting of documents and pleadings, electronic filing with the Court, reviewing of ECFs, negotiating property values and resolving contested matters. Maintaining a hearing calendar, ensuring cases are ready for hearing, coverage is arranged, and results provided to clients in a timely manner. Corresponding with the Court, Trustees, opposing counsel, local counsel, clients, and pro se debtors to resolve outstanding issues.
