• Creating Manual Journal Entries when needed• Performing data entry, correction and analysis• Knowledgeable at entering manual checks • Creating reversals and rebooks for checks• Tracking owner’s funds to assure they are getting paid correctly• Acts as the interface between the Division Order Department and Systems department by entering transactions and reviewing system data• Maintain ownership changes, transfers and pay code changes in the system• Set up and maintain owner records, cost centers and properties• Project Management/Organization: Includes, but not limited to, organizing and assigning daily work, special projects and post-acquisition cleanup• Responsible for creating Process & Procedure Documentation, as well as the implementation & increasing efficiency• Assist with monthly trapped suspense and annual escheat process.• Understanding how the software works so processes run smoothly

• Emergency Coordinator• Examines and update data in Excel• Dispatches appropriate personnel to specific situations• Manages up to twenty employees on a daily basis• Trains employees to become emergency coordinators• Protect employees, guests, and company property• Write detailed reports of damage, incident logs, and security records

• Creates necessary manual journal entries to report tax payment and booked amount for different states• Builds allocation schedules for monthly oil & gas production• Supports accountants in tax payable account reconciliation for different states• Performs data entry, correction and analysis as needed• Tracks gas balancing• Construct and distribute statements• Extensive use of Microsoft Excel• Partners with the senior accountant on special projects
