Sierra is the founder and design director of Esley Creative (established 2024), a design services company that is now accepting new clients. She brings a 360 approach and 10+ years experience, with an editorial eye, advanced typography skills and art direction on set, from working at global headquarters in luxury fashion / beauty / lifestyle brands such as Tom Ford, Brides at Condé Nast, and Marie Claire at Hearst. At Tom Ford, she oversaw the launch of tomfordbeauty.com, CRM email category, Virtual-Try-On retail experience, and worked on fragrance and gifting shoots end to end. Other highlights include advertising placements, such as an Angelina Jolie ad spread and creative strategy on out-of-home livestream video takeover in five countries during fashion week, with 132M impressions. She was part of the runway backstage team, creating short form content at fashion week (two shows in Milan, two shows in New York) and at events, such as the Ombré Leather Parfum launch in Los Angeles, featuring celebrities such as Lil Nas X, Sydney Sweeney, Darren Barnet, and Soo Joo Park. She double-majored in graphic design and media production from the award-winning Hussman School of Journalism and Media at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and completed additional courses at the School of Visual Arts | Art College in New York City.She now lives in Charlotte, North Carolina, and is an active member in The Mint Auxiliary, Junior League, and mentoring college students.
