Current• Supervision of patient scheduling, registration, financial counseling, medical records, billing and collection, data entry and processing, and cash posting• Coordination of the day to day operations of the practice• Promoting excellent customer service by all levels of the staff• Develops, implements, and maintains office policies and procedures• Trains a productive medical front desk team and conducts performance reviews with Vison Department Manager• Collects and organizes and sends off invoices to be analyzed by the financial advisory department.• Ensures that customer service standards are met.• Collaborates with techs, doctors, and executives.• Works with Vision department manager to set goals, objectives, and budgets.• Makes sure regulations, guidelines, and standards are followed.• Uses software for electronic medical records (EMR), billing, scheduling, and payroll software.
