I love learning, growing, and transitioning to the best version of me... let me just tell you!Who I am?My name is Sierra and I am a medical administrative manager looking to transition into a remote based position. I currently work for a company called Premise Health that is partnered with BMW Associate Family Health Center in the Vision department. With the new position, I have taken on more responsibility as far as training new hires for the front office, collecting invoices, ordering supplies, and collaborating with higher management and medical staff to ensure best practices for the facility and clients. I've had a customer/client based and business background for my entire career, working as a customer success associate for a physical therapy company where I maintained regular customer engagement with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty and empathize with every aspect of the customer experience, putting customers’ needs first to transitioning to an administrative assistant / data analyst position for Clemson Eye, an ophthalmology practice. There, I contributed to the generation and execution of test cases to validate that the source data has been accurately re-mapped, transformed and loaded and analyzed data files, data layouts and data dictionaries. I am very passionate serving others and being apart of a team effort to pivot myself, the company, and my team members to reach goals and make the bigger picture a reality.
