With nearly eight years as a certified personal trainer, I am passionate about empowering individuals to reach their health and fitness goals. For the past 4.5 years, I’ve brought this commitment to my roles as a fitness coach at Orangetheory Fitness and a personal trainer at the Sharron Baucom Dale City Rec Center, where I work with clients of all fitness levels. My approach combines personalized, results-oriented training with a dedication to helping each client achieve lasting success.Currently, I’m also a full-time student pursuing an Associate Degree in Information Systems Technology, specializing in Cloud Computing.
