Global responsibilities for Straumann (Dental Wings) intraoral scanner include:- Designing training program for the intraoral scanner and managing certification program.- Creating and maintaining training material to support teaching approach.- Providing “Train-the-Trainer” training for country trainers.- Providing customer clinical training for key opinion leaders.- Engaging with key opinion leaders to get feedback and clinical data.- Participating in dental conferences and tradeshows.

- Support the development and implementation of processes and programs that support the Medical Staff Association (MSA) to prepare to meet their funding criteria in BC, Canada- Coordinate submitted projects/initiatives; analyze data; research and advise on complex issues.- Liaise with the MSA Facility Engagement Lead on matters related to the operations, projects and programs of the MSA- Provide direct support to the MSA in developing effective engagement processes and lines of communication among the medical staff

Korea

1. Regional responsibilities for 3M Intra-oral scanner for 7 countries in 3M’s Asia Pacific region (Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Singapore. Taiwan, Thailand) include: - Developing the 3M Intra oral scanner training program and support plan. - Providing “Train-the-Trainer” training and customer clinical training both internally and externally (customers and 3rd party). - Collaborating with KOLs for 3M Intraoral scanner launch shows and digital dentistry lectures. - Providing customer assistance and technical support at the 2nd tier level. - Developing training materials and leading monthly conference for updates for all countries within my region. 2. Regional responsibilities for 3M digital dental material for 11 countries in 3M’s Asia Pacific region (Australia, New Zealand, China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam) include: - Developing the training program and supporting launch preparation for digital dental materials. - Providing product training both internally and externally.

Korea

Regional responsibilities for 3M Lava CAD/CAM application and digital dental material for 11 countries in 3M’s Asia Pacific region (Australia, New Zealand, China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam) include: - Providing 3M Lava CAD/CAM operator training both internally and externally. - Providing digital material hands-on training for laboratories. - Providing customer assistance and technical support at the 2nd tier level.
