Throughout my career as Head of Sales, Commercial Manager and all the management positions I have held, I always try to be a leader who is always with the team, hands on, helping, learning, teaching, building and reaping results through and with people. I have been in the commercial/ Sales area for more than 10 years, and have worked in different segments, focusing in the last 5 years on technology companies, mainly SaaS businesses, working from early stage companies to unicorns. I specialized in the entire revenue chain, working mainly with the acquisition of new customers, but without neglecting a strong relationship with partner areas such as marketing, customer success and, mainly, product. During my career I have led large teams, having led more than a hundred people at the same time, being able to do what I love most: Build and lead high-performance teams. During these years, I formed teams from scratch, restructured some others, with values ​​of transparency, results, teamwork and generating unique value for the client. I stand out in using data to make decisions, goals and results to manage my team's performance, ensuring speed, balance and high performance in daily deliveries. I have a strong commitment to social causes and I am an ally and active in everything involving diversity and inclusion, which are cornerstones of my management style and people development.
