1. Qualification of production evaluation, manufacturing process, QC inspection, packaging, shipping, etc.2. Develop, review and approve validation and qualification strategies.3. Manage site validation documentation program, validation vendor management and maintenance.5. Responsible to manage the GE appliance compliance with local and international standards, rules and regulations, code board requirements and voluntary associations applicable to GE products for Asia markets.2. Provide guidance on all Regulatory submission and implement product compliance operating procedures, processes and tracking applicable compliance changes and direct compliance activities.3. Partner with key stakeholders in Technology, Supply Chain, Product Management and Legal to ensure the operations are in conformance with the applicable standards and government regulations within the Asia.4. Working with partner to analyze, influence and advocate changes in regulations that impact existing and future products.5. Working with the test laboratories and certification body for product compliance to safety/performance standards and product certification.

1. Responsible to certify the Fire Safety & Shelter Department (FSSD)-regulated products (electrical and mechanical) by examining the test report, product specification, operational manual and preliminary factory inspection2. Responsible to conduct regularly factory inspections, product samplings and processes to ensure the products meet international standards and conformity requirements3. Review manufacturers' Quality Management System in accordance with national / international standards during factory inspection and process auditing4. Partner with key stakeholders in test laboratories and certification body to support their needs on product certification/approval5. Monitor and track new regulations and regulatory changes closely and ensure that new information is communicated to the customer

[A] Quality Engineering in Consumer/IT Products (R&D and Manufacturing)1. Brand new scanner and printer development, Work with the key persons in R&D Electrical and Mechanical, Software and Product engineering, and Project management to ensure the operations is in conformance with the applicable compliance standards and specifications.2. Develop the new product specification, specific opportunities utilizing input from market knowledge, customer feedback, competitor analyses (benchmark) and consumer research.3. Provide guidance across business units on product regulatory compliance issues, international and local rules and regulations, code board requirements and voluntary associations.4. Advice and provide supportive framework to deal with matters that have impact on Environmental//Product Safety.5. Responsible to manage the Scanner Quality performance in new project commercialization stage. Included Product Function, Product Structure and Appearance, Image Quality, Electrical and Safety Test.[B] Printed Circuit Board Manufacturing1. Responsible in PCB failure analyzing, identified the failure root cause by reading the Circuit matrix diagram, Analog signature analysis, In-circuit test, Functional test and Repairing the PCB by Changing the defective components.2. Responsible for product quality control improvement, through reviewing the assembly process from SMT-Axial Lead-Wave Soldering, visual inspection, testing, production yield, and customer return issues.3. Provide the side technical supports to subsidiary counterpart to resolve the assembly process problems and part level issues.4. Work with the Supplier on part failure feedback and non-confomity, specifications, quality improvement and recovery plan.
