- Responsible for sales & marketing of deposits and forex; meet financial needs of small and medium-sized enterprise (SME)- Acquire new bank customers and also managing the portfolio growth of assigned high depositor under SME.- Deepen relationship with customer via cash management solution and also managing the portfolio growth of assigned high depositor under SME.- Actively drive for deposits, identify business opportunities and ensure targets allocated are met.- Monitor and executive the action plans in achieving overall deposit target allocated.- Generate interest income and fees income through cross selling of Cash Management Solutions, Treasury Products. For example: Structured Deposits, Foreign Exchange products. - Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of customer due diligence and KYC requirements.

- Maintain good partnership with the courier company to support and resolve customers’ delivery issues.- Minimize collection and delivery delays to meet customers’ expectations. - Optimize customer’s delivery orders through effective follow-up solutions - Multi-task simultaneously with several courier partners at the same time to resolve customers’ complex or long-standing problems.- Communicate concisely with the customers through an adequate email ticketing system.- Explain the products and services in a professional and informative manner to provide a personalized user experience.- Delivery services in accordance with the service level agreements to fulfil customers' requirements.- Timely submit compensation claims of all damaged and lost in transit shipments to mitigate customers’ loss.

- Conduct market research to identify new trends in digital marketing.- Engage in the planning of creative growth strategies and execution of social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement within the online community. - Manage digital media buys, targeting, and evaluating digital ads across social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.- Collaborate with the in-house designer to produce materials of visual.- Ensure the design and content aligned with business objectives and customer journey.

- Assist Commercial Banking Relationship Managers in the delivery of client solutions, including compliance, documentation, and customer interface across all industries. - Collaborate with the cash and trade operations team to deliver services in line with agreed service standards and turnaround time to meet customers' expectations.- Attend to requests for deliverables with internal and external clients and vendors and recommend process improvements as needed. - Oversee all regular, restricted, and legal transfers; which include processing of payments and trade transactions in line with compliance and regulatory.- Participate in the processing of payments and trade transactions in coordination with the cash and trade transactions services team and recommend solutions as needed.- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made and safeguarding Citibank, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
