After working at AI Global Media for 6 months, and whilst still in my probationary period, I was promoted twice to the role of Business Sales Supervisor and then to Assistant Magazine Manager- a position that was created for me. Reporting directly to the business directors and the Head of Sales, I managed several platforms in their entirety. Since starting the position, I have beat every deadline and exceeded every target that has been set, tripling advertising revenue across several established platforms.My responsibilities include: Copy-writing, social media management, marketing to potential contributors and clients, B2B communication, B2B sales with large targets, designing, writing and managing new marketing campaigns and proofing copy.In this role I directly manage a team of 14, with two team leaders working under me.
