Security Program Manager
Current→ To work under the direction of the Head of ICT, responsible for planning and conducting IT audit reviews in multiple areas including Information Security, Network Security, IT Operations and related processes, Data Center Operations, System Implementations, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, and Internal and Regulatory Compliance.→ To prepare different reports depending on Bangladesh Bank requirements (ICAAP, Quarterly Self-Assessment, etc.), the divisional requirements (CAMEL Rating Report, Credit Rating Report, Report for FAD, Half Yearly CRMR Report for RMD, etc.), BIBM requirement (BIBM yearly report).→ To review Policy and Process on a periodic basis.→ To conduct Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing on Web Applications, Systems, Servers, API, Active Directories, and Mobile Apps.→ To Reporting and Remediation process has been followed as part of the VulnerabilityManagement.→ Active Directory & Exchange has been hardened by the relevant team as a response to the configuration audit.→ Web Security Proxy, SIEM, IPS, NAC, and PAM solution has been implemented by the concerned team after successful exploitation of Network Security and Identity & Access Management.→ Problem management, root cause analysis, Post-incident Activity, and post-mortem reports.→ Provide analysis and trending of security log data from the security device.→ Endpoint protection has hardened after a successful bypass of applicationadministrator privilege.→ To conduct security assessments on the Enterprise Information Systems.→ To streamline the Information Security in Core Banking Solutions/Systems, SWIFT Systems, Agent Banking, Internet Banking, Payment Service, and Central Monitoring of ATM services.
