After completing a degree in International Marketing at Bocconi University in Milan, I embarked on an exciting experience to the United States, where I lived and worked in New York. My professional journey took me to Warwick Baker & Fiore, Inc., an independent advertising agency, where I had the privilege of working with esteemed brands such as Knorr, US Tobacco, Fruit of the Loom, Bausch and Lomb, Panasonic, and Bacardi.Upon returning to Italy, I decided to forge my own path in the advertising industry and founded my own agency. As a partner and creative director, I had the opportunity to create impactful campaigns for renowned brands, including Campari, Blackberry, Budweiser, Coin, Feltrinelli, Hachette-Rusconi, Heineken, Lotto, Lovable, Meltin’Pot, Msc, Parmalat, and Pomellato.For several years, I served as the Italian creative partner of the award-winning London-based agency, Banks Hoggings O’Shea, fostering fruitful collaborations and realizing successful communication platforms.Throughout my career, I have been honored to receive numerous national and international awards, including recognition from the New York Festival, London International Award, and Amburgo Film Festival.From January 2010 to October 2012, I held the role of Executive Creative Director at Bcube, an independent agency of Publicis Groupe.In October 2012, I embraced a new challenge by joining Natuzzi Group, the largest Italian furniture company, as Chief Marketing Officer. In this key role, I took on the responsibility of driving marketing strategies, creative development, digital initiatives, and media activities for Natuzzi Brands on a global scale.In February 2015, along with my esteemed colleague, Sara Testini, I co-founded Rebirth - Brand & Talent Management, a consulting company committed to supporting and driving Brands and Talents to create winning marketing and communication strategies both online and offline.
