• To ensure all plans, layouts & designs are completed and submitted to the client and the contractors;• Ensure the efficient and effective running of the project;• Issue payment certificates to Client• Manage all site matters:o Progress and technical meetings;o Ensure the construction specifications are achieved at all times;o Manage all quality inspections and approvals;o Submit approved units for further inspections;o Issue completed and approved houses for issuing of payment certificates and engineeringo Submit bi-monthly reports, photo’s and supporting information to the Senior personnelo Raise all important matters to senior personnel with a proposed resolution.• Compiling an Adjudicating Report• Participating in feasibility studies• Compile Progress and Audit Reports, as well as present them at the Executive Committe Meetings• Compiling Final Accounts
