With over 10 years experience in the ICT industry I started my IT career from a young age of 17 when I became the go to guy to fix anything technological, since then I have been driven to provide quality services to customers.My knowledge and experience gained in past environments to provide IT support and IT management.I love to focus my attention into customer service because I believe this are the key points to a successful ITengineer. I want to be someone's mentor and a respected IT Administrator.I am searching for an opportunity to apply the Site management skills I have learned from previouscompanies.My greatest IT milestone was being employed as a senior Network engineer at Running ComputersSupporting different sites with full IT support on servers and desktop support, infrastructure planning andmanagement at all the sites.To date I have worked at ABSA’s service desk as back office support providing bank app, server support andnetwork support, my team archived high closure rate by functioning as a teamthat shared skills and Knowledge.I am best fit to work and lead a team as I understand the requirements to sustain a productive service teamthat provides quality support servicesIn 2013 I was privileged to have started a property management company (Sishoma Property developers) which buys distressed properties revamp them into Multi-Let units for rentals where I was given the opportunity to run operation ie, rentals, day to day operation, construction project management. I have since used the experience gain to create my own company that collaborates with skilled labors that provide a number of solutions for property owners and land owners looking to develop their properties for financial gain. Services vary from property management to construction management.
