Working in our PLATFORM ENGINEERING & TECHNOLOGY Group. I am responsible for the Global Implementation of new products/tools across our American Express Global Business Travel network.

I am a product manager working with the preferred global automation product for American Express Business Travel. I have managed and worked closely with vendor Concur on everything from contract negotiations, maintenance, support, QBR's, projects, optimisation initiatives, new product development, testing, deployment, training and support materials.I work closely with our own internal global Robotics Leaders and Teams to maintain and support all our global business pillars and customers on automation products. Provide roadmap and keep up to speed with all automation developments/offerings in the Marketplace. Keep up to speed with competitor offerings and provide comparative analysis of various automation tools.I would also be used as an SME on Robotics and all things travel related for some of our largest customer groups, e.g. Citi Group, World Bank, Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, Phillips, Microsoft. I support many internal Sales Teams on RFP's and proposals for rebids and new customers.I manage our Global GDS Queue Distribution product IQD and own the relationship with the vendor IGT Solutions. I work closely with our Global Traveler Care group on product stability, enhancements, issue resolutions, Implementations for new customers, product maintenance and support.

Moved to Brighton in the UK to take up an opportunity to work in a bigger Amex location. Managed the primary global automation partner (TRX) product (CORREX) and vendor relationship. This primarily started as managing the EMEA internal Amex Robotics Team based across several EMEA Mkts and dealing with TRX in EMEA region. This role expanded after a year to include the NA internal Robotics Team and dealing with TRX more directly from their headquarters in Atlanta, GA.

Managed the American Express GDS relationship for EMEA with Sabre & Galileo from a product ownership and support perspective. Worked closely with my Sabre & Galileo counterparts on product performance, support issues, new product launches/roadmaps.Managed the internal Amex Sabre & Galileo Teams supporting them on a day to day basis with projects, product deployments/decommissions, issue resolutions, product management, training and any ad-hoc personal issues.
