My 24 Years in the massage industry is based on several principles. “Do your best” seems to be the principle I talk about the most. Winning and learning (learning not losing) happens to us all, but those who do their best are faster to try again after a lesson (lessons not losses). When we find a way to improve ourselves, we must not cover our tracks or turn our backs on those who are still searching for their way. During the past 7 years I have added an additional core belief to my mindset. "Movement and stretching are essential for staying young" is something I tell all my guests, members and students. I truly believe that no matter what is going on in our lives, we have to be on the move.
