After many years in the business worlds in the fields of recruitment, human resources, welfare and training, today I work in a dynamic social world and work on the one hand as an independent consultant in career transition processes and career development for executives and middle managers. In the second part of my job, I work as the director of an employment department that deals with the development of employment projects related to a target audience of workers up to the age of 40.Over the years I have been able to gain a lot of experience in the areas of management and consulting, developing training and leading groups in the social world and in the business world.I specialized in human resources and the development of a holistic range of solutions that gave expression both to the business world I came from and to the social world in which I currently work.I have gained a great deal of experience in promoting, establishing and operating unique projects for a diverse audience while focusing on employment issues and career development (both in personal counseling and in developing dedicated groups for preparation into the world of work).In recent years I have been working in employment counseling, developing training on employment and career issues and delivering on-demand workshops to various target audiences.לאחר שנים רבות בעולמות עסקיים בתחומים של גיוס, משאבי אנוש, רווחה והדרכה, היום אני עובדת בעולם חברתי דינימי ועוסקת מן הצד האחד כיועצת עצמאית בתהליכי מעברי קריירה ופיתוח קריירה לבכירים ומנהלי בינים. בחלקה השני של עבודתי אני עובדת כמנהלת מחלקת תעסוקה העוסקת בפיתוח פרויקטים תעסוקתיים הקשורים לקהל יעד של עובדים עד גילאי 40. במהלך השנים הצלחתי לצבור ניסיון רב בתחומים של ניהול וייעוץ, פיתוח הדרכה והנחיית קבוצות בעולם החברתי והן בעולם העסקי. התמחתי במשאבי אנוש ופיתוח קשת מענים הוליסטית שנתנה ביטוי הן לעולם העיסקי שהגעתי ממנו והן לעולם החברתי שבו אני עובדת כרגע.רכשתי ניסון רב בקידום, הקמה והפעלה של פרויקטים ייחודים לקהל מגוון תוך התמקדות בנושאי התעסוקה ופיתוח קריירה (הן בייעוצים איישים והן בפיתוח קבוצות יעודיות להכנה לתוך עולם העבודה).בשנים האחרונות אני עובדת בייעוץ תעסוקתי, פיתוח הדרכה בנושאי תעסוקה וקריירה ומעבירה סדנאות לפי דרישה לקהלי יעד שונים.
