About Sigi Kolbe

I am a very driven person and have run my own yoga studio for 20 years. What began as a hobby became a full time passion. Qualifications:* Basic Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) 240Hrs (USA) 2004* 80hr Child Yoga Teacher Training diploma (UK) 2009* Rockstar YTT with Sadie Nardini (50 hours) USA (2014)* Additional (basic and advanced RYT) 500 hr YTT Spreading Your Wings with Caroline Wybar (USA)I still run my own Yoga Studio in Swakopmund (Urban Zen Yoga) and teach all levels.
