Diversity Equity and Inclusion Specialist at Resources for Human Development. Maintain and coordinate variety of project needs across the organization pertaining primarily to DEI, Training and Education, Learning and Development, as well as Human Resources. Update, revamp, and facilitate trainings for our Core Competency Series. Create new micro trainings monthly for our e-learning management system used across the organisation. Served as an instructor for first year experience course at the University of Indianapolis. Involvement working in both staff/team environments, as well as independently.
