A career-long member of the Siemens team, I am currently heading the departement, which represents Siemens AG in the European Metropolitan Region of Nuremberg. In this capacity, I draw on my analytical background and experience to align communication with the strategy and operational objectives of the business partners. Years of experience in previous CFO and communication positions have influenced my sensible approach to financial, business and communication matters. My additional responsibilities as the representative for the Senior Management on the Siemens Supervisory Board of Siemens AG and as head of the Spokesperson Committee for this group of employees challenge me to think and act in much broader terms for the benefit of the company, its stakeholders and employees. It is my objective to foster a trust-based culture among the Senior Managers that encourages feedback on corporate decisions and contributes to the company’s success as a business and as an employer.
